By creating an account or using Gaplume, you agree to these terms. Gaplume provides AI-assisted competitor research, website checks, reports, and planning tools.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, use a secure password, and protect access to your workspace. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Do not access another person’s records or attempt to bypass security or account limits.
Acceptable use
Use Gaplume only for lawful research and only submit information you are entitled to use. Do not submit credentials, confidential data, or personal information about others. Do not use the service to overwhelm websites, bypass access restrictions, or reproduce protected content unlawfully.
What an analysis means
Reports reflect a limited collection of accessible public pages at the time of the crawl. AI-generated conclusions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review source evidence, confidence, and limitations before acting or publishing generated material.
SEO and AEO checks describe observed page signals and readiness. They are not measurements of traffic, backlinks, search rankings, or mentions in consumer AI products. Recommendations do not guarantee rankings, revenue, or an advantage over a competitor.
AI providers
Public page content, project context, and relevant saved report content may be processed through OpenRouter and its selected AI provider to generate reports, answers, and briefs. Do not include information that you do not want processed by these services. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
Access and allowances
The Free plan includes five analysis attempts per UTC calendar month. Your server-confirmed allowance appears in your workspace. Paid checkout is available only when enabled; plans marked “Coming soon” or “Not available yet” cannot be purchased. All plans share the same core research features, up to three competitors per analysis, and twenty saved projects. Combined report chat and brief attempts have monthly allowances of Free 10, Starter 100, Growth 300, and Scale 600, plus a shared maximum of twenty attempts per UTC day on every plan. Administrators may suspend misuse or disable new analyses to manage availability.
Analysis and combined chat-and-brief allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month, independently of a subscription renewal date. The shared daily chat-and-brief limit resets at 00:00 UTC. Unused allowances do not roll over. Failed AI attempts count, and changing plans does not erase usage already recorded during the calendar month.
Paid subscriptions, when available
Available paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars and renew monthly unless canceled through the available billing controls. The checkout page shows applicable taxes and the final amount before payment. Published prices do not mean that checkout is open. Payments are accepted only through enabled live checkout. A checkout return page does not prove payment: account entitlements change only after payment information is verified by the server.
Use Billing & plan to view your current subscription and access the secure billing portal when available. Cancellation status and effective dates are shown from provider-confirmed information. Contact support about payment or subscription issues.
Your work and exports
You retain the rights you have in the information you submit. You give us permission to process and store it as needed to provide the service. You may export saved reports and remove projects through your account. AI-generated output should be checked for accuracy and third-party rights before use.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted or changed. Reports depend on website accessibility and external providers. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every submitted page can be analyzed. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Support and account closure
Submit technical, account, or deletion requests through Help & support. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service or compromise security.
